Hi, I‘m Jane and I am the baker and cake artist at Gertrude Olive Cakes. I create bespoke wedding and celebration cakes for all occasions. Gertrude Olive was my grandmother, her speciality was hot off the griddle Welsh Cakes, she taught me ( along with my mother) to bake. I have been baking since I was a young girl, and love being creative, so the natural progression was to become a cake artist.
